Shuttles to Greensboro PTI airport
Service provided by PTI Airport Transportation
How does it work? On selected days during busy holiday travel times, Benson Center will offer hourly departures from WFU campus to Greensboro PTI and return trips from PTI to campus. Shuttles must be reserved and purchased in advance at Benson Ticket Office. Purchase deadlines apply. See schedule for current semester below.

Space is limited to 10 passengers per shuttle. All reservations are prepaid. To reserve, come to Benson Ticket office. For return trips you will be asked to provide your exact arrival date and time.
Policies and Procedures
Departures:
* Shuttles depart from the front of the Benson University Center.
* Plan to reserve a shuttle that leaves at least two hours before your flight time.
* Reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your trip, you may transfer your reservation to another date and/or time during the current academic year, provided you cancel your existing reservation no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle time by calling PTI Airport Transportation at 1-877-796-5466.
Arrivals:
* Upon arrival, passengers must check in at the PTI Airport Transportation kiosk, found by following "ground transportation" signage from the baggage claim area.
* Drop-off on campus is to Benson Center during daylight hours. After dark the driver will take passengers to any location operated by the WFU Department of Residence Life and Housing.
Discount Shuttles to Charlotte Douglas and RDU airports

How does it work? On selected days during busy holiday travel times, Benson Center will offer three departure times to both the Charlotte and Raleigh airports, also return trips from both airports. Shuttles must be reserved and purchased in advance at Benson Ticket Office. Purchase deadlines apply.

Pricing does not include driver tips.

Students with flights prior to 9:30am will need to call Black Tie directly and will be subject to standard pricing.

Departures:
* Shuttles depart from the front of the Benson University Center.
* Travel time to both airports is 1 1/2 hours minimum. If traffic is heavy, the trip may take longer. Be sure to reserve a seat on a shuttle leaving adequate travel time.
* Reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your trip, you may transfer your reservation to another date and/or time during the current academic year, provided you cancel your existing reservation by calling Black Tie Transportation at 336-768-5177 no less than 12 hours prior to your scheduled shuttle time. If your tranferred trip does not fall during a holiday travel period, additional charges may apply.
Arrivals:
* Return trips to campus are arranged at the discretion of Black Tie Transportation according to driver availability, student arrival times, and any weather delays. Returning students may be asked to wait to board a shuttle with other students arriving within the same time frame.
* Upon arrival, passengers must report to the baggage claim area for their flight. Black Tie driver will have a sign indicating "WFU." Turn your cell phone on to assist the driver in finding you.
* Drop-off on campus is to Benson Center during daylight hours. After dark the driver will take passengers to any location operated by the WFU Department of Residence Life and Housing.
* Black Tie staff will monitor airline websites for delays and cancellations. All other changes are the responsibility of the passenger.
