Reservation Request Form

To be processed, Garage requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date. All requests are subject to final approval by President and Mrs. Hatch.

Before you begin: please read the guidelines!

This form is a request only! Your reservation is not final until you have received a written confirmation from the Benson Administrative Office. Please note, one of the organization advisors or professors is the only individual allowed to secure a key, which can be checked out at the Information Desk in the Benson University Center as early as two hours prior to the event start time. Advisor/professor will be required to leave a driver's license or WFU ID.

The Garage does have a kitchen. You are asked to leave the area as clean as you found it, including removal of all trash. NO deliveries allowed.
