Barn Reservation Request :: Benson University Center

Note: There is a $250 refundable security deposit to reserve this space. If your organization does not have a university budget code, you must submit a check to Annie Carlson (carlsoaw@wfu.edu) at least 7 days prior to your event.

This form is for Barn reservation requests only. Any other questions should be directed to Annie Carlson at 336-758-8020.

Reservations with a set up must be submitted 10 business days in advance.
Reservations with no set up must be submitted 2 business days in advance.
Your reservation is not final until you have received written confirmation from the Benson Administrative Office.

There is no charge for chartered student groups to use The Barn. All others must pay a rental charge: View Fees and Policies.
