The following reservation forms are available as .pdf files. Fax to 336-758-4744 or bring in person to Benson Room 335. Please remember, submitting a form does not guarantee a reservation. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from the Benson office. All reservation forms are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Before submitting a form, make sure you have reviewed our Policies and Procedures. If you are unsure of which room to request, it may be helpful to browse our rooms before making your selections.
