Benson Center Airport Shuttle: Making Changes to a Reservation
Airport Shuttle reservations are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another date during the current academic year following the procedures below:
- To change or cancel an existing reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled shuttle time, simply reply to the confirmation email you received when you made your reservation and fill us in on any pertinent information. We will contact the shuttle provider and you will receive a new confirmation email.
- To change or cancel an existing reservation in the 24 hours preceding your scheduled shuttle time, you must call Black Tie Transportation at the number listed on your confirmation in order to discuss the changes with the dispatcher. If the changes are beyond your control (delayed or cancelled flight) the shuttle company will adjust the reservation accordingly.
- If your changes are voluntary, (for example you found a ride with a friend) be aware that a late cancellation (inside 24 hour window) could forfeit the reservation.
- Always turn your cell phone on when you're waiting for a shuttle pickup. If the driver cannot locate you, he or she will attempt to call. After multiple phone calls, if you still cannot be located and have not contacted the dispatcher, the reservation will be marked as a "no-show". In these cases no transfer credit can be issued and the reservation is forfeited.
