11 WFU Student Art Exhibition
April 14-May 16

OPEN TO ALL WAKE FOREST STUDENTS

Opening Reception Thursday, April 14, 5- 7 pm

Purchase Awards will be given for each work selected for inclusion in the WFU Student Art Collection.
King Family Awards (cash) will also be awarded.

Awards will be announced @ 6 pm
GENERAL SCHEDULE

March 28 – 29 (Monday - 5 PM Tuesday)
Submissions will be accepted in the Hanes Art Gallery @ Scales Fine Art Center. 758.5585
All submissions must be made before 5 pm, Tuesday, March 29 (Tuesday)
     Submissions will be accepted during regular gallery hours
     Mon-Tues 10 am-5 pm
     

March 30 (Wednsday)
Selection process will occur in the gallery beginning at 10 am. Selection of artwork and awarding of prizes is performed by Art Department Faculty.
Selection results will be posted on gallery door by 10am March 31 (Thurs).
Selected works must remain in the Gallery.
March 31-April 4 (Thursday & Monday)
Work not selected for exhibition must be removed from the gallery by 5 pm Monday.
April 14 (Thursday)
Student exhibition opens in Scales Fine Art Center; reception 5-7 pm.
Free and Open to the public
May 16 (Monday)
Exhibition closes. All worked picked up by 5 pm Friday, May 22
