Robert Knott has taught in the Wake Forest University Art Department since 1975. This exhibition covers approximately twenty five years of Knott’s sculpture, drawings and photographs with an emphasis on the more recent work. Much of the sculptural work is related to the dying fishing industry on the coast of Maine where he has owned a house for over 35 years though other works have a more contemporary political focus. The photographs and drawings relate to extended periods of time he has spent in Venice.
