This series of ten oil paintings focuses on both the multiple roles of secrets in human lives, most particularly in my own life, and on the process of painting as a secret in and of itself. Intertwined with the content of secrets in these paintings are the varied structures and painting techniques exhibited by each work, which broadly reflect the changes seen in painting throughout human history.
