The WFU undergraduate application
An application can be printed, filled out and returned by mail. The document includes a letter of introduction from the director of admissions, deadline information, application forms, recommendation forms, an Early Decision Agreement, and a transfer student form.

The Wake Forest Supplement
This supplement must be submitted by students who choose to use the Common Application form or the Universal Application form. This supplement is not necessary for students who use the Wake Forest Application packet.
