DEAC - Deacon Electronic Account Center
Parents and students can manage the student's financial account at their leisure
via the DEAC system. DEAC provides our customers with a comprehensive array
of up-to-date financial information. Only the student can grant parents and
other users access to their financial information. By logging into the DEAC
system, you can do the following:
- View and print monthly statements
- View and monitor account activity since your last monthly statement
- Make payment towards the student account with a bank draft from your
checking or savings account
- Make payment using the Deacon OneCard
- Create Payment Profiles for easy one click payment authorization

Transferring Credit Balances on Your Student Account to the Deacon One
Card
Please contact Student Financial Services at (336) 758-5234 or fas-ar@wfu.edu if you wish to have
a credit balance on the student's account placed on the Deacon OneCard. This
option is not available via DEAC.
Accessing DEAC:
Students
Students should access DEAC through the Personal section of WIN.
Click on the DEAC link under 'Online Bills.'

Students have the ability to grant access in DEAC for parents and authorized
users to view monthly statements and current account activity and pay on the
student's behalf. Students can click here for

Parents and authorized users can access DEAC by clicking here once
students have enabled your access.

Guest Payers
Guest payers have the ability to pay toward a student's account but
do not have access to view any account details. Students will need to share his/her student ID with you in order for you to make a payment to his/her account.
Enter the 8 digit student ID below to access the guest payer site:
$25 Returned Payment Fee
All payments made through the DEAC system that are returned by the
bank will assessed a $25 returned payment fee by the University.
This is in addition to any fees you may incur through your banking
institution.
Browser Requirements
Please note that the DEAC system requires the use of Microsoft Internet
Explorer 5.0 or newer, Netscape Navigator 6.0 or newer, or Mozilla
1.3 or newer that support JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS),
Cookies, and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
