Christman

Jonathan Christman (A.B. Franklin & Marshall College, M.F.A. University of Massachusetts at Amherst) is a scenic and lighting designer for the University Theater. Jonathan is the lighting designer for the alban elved dance company. Jonathan and the ablan elved company are working on a production in conjuction with the Duke Information Spaces Project which will be presented in February 2002.
The recent reconfirguration of the ring was based on Jon's study of the theater. He has also designed Lighting for the Bob Timberlake Gallery in Lexington, N.C. and scenery with the Georgia Shakespeare Festival and has worked with the North Carolina Shakespeare Festival, Folger Theater, Winston-Salem Little Theater and Fulton Opera Summer Repertory Co.
Jonathan recently designed the scenery and the lighting for the premiere of Brother Brian Sister Kathleen in Los Angeles.
