The newest faculty members to join the Physics Department -- Professors Jacquelyn Fetrow, David Carroll, Fred Salsbury, Martin Guthold, and Greg Cook will present short overviews of their various research programs. This will provide an opportunity for new students to learn about interesting research ideas, for continuing students to learn about what their professor think about their research, and for faculty to learn about what their colleagues are doing.
