Associate Professor David Carroll Promoted to Professor

Associate Professor David Carroll has been promoted to the rank of Professor as of July 1, 2010. Prof. Carroll is the Director of the Center for Nanotechnology and Molecular Materials, and his research is focused on developing new nanomaterials to solve problems in many areas of science, including conversion of solar energy to electricity, efficiency conversion of electricity to light, development of medical sensors, and the use of nanomaterials as therapeutics for cancer.
