Digital Video Editing -- Adobe Premiere Pro
|
- Pre-lab reading and exercise: the pre-lab questions are on the last page on this pdf file. Due at the beginning of the lab.
(The text in gray color in this pre-lab reading is optional reading. But the black text is required reading.)
- Install Adobe Premiere Pro: click here to see the instructions.
- Download at least three of the videos before lab: click here for a list of videos to use for the lab
(Tips: Wired network will be much faster.
You are welcome to watch all of these videos before choosing three or more to use in lab. But do so before coming to lab.)
Open Adobe Premiere Pro after you have installed it. If you have problem opening it, note down the error message and contact Dr. Wong by Monday afternoon.
Note: It is important to have installed Premiere Pro and downloaded the video files BEFORE coming to lab!
If you wait until coming to lab to install Premiere Pro and download the video files, you will most likely be spending most of the lab hour, if not the whole lab, just to do the installation and file download, especially if you are on wireless network, and thus you won't be able to get too far on the actual lab. |
